Beatrice Massaro

Born in Florence, Beatrice has been teaching Italian to foreigners since 2006.
She started teaching in Seoul, South Korea thanks to a collaboration between Universities.
In 2007, she graduated in 2007 with distinction in the Master’s degree in Linguistic Sciences for Intercultural Communication, a five-year course of study aimed at teaching Italian as a second language.

In 2007/2008 she taught at the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade, and then in Paris in 2009/2010 at public schools. Upon returning to Florence, she collaborated with various American universities for the “study abroad” program until 2014.

In 2015 she started her freelance profession founding Italiano con Beatrice. Since then she has been teaching in person and online to expats and managers of important companies such as Ralph Lauren, Shell, Pirelli, Ge, Mediolanum; collaborates as Italian language and culture teacher for international private Universities in Florence, and still continues to keep abreast of the latest teaching theories and techniques. She speaks English, Spanish and a bit of French and is passionate about travelling and tango.
