The Mascarade Talent Pathway

about the programme

The Mascarade Talent Pathway is a training programme for young singers who possess extraordinary potential for a career at the highest level in opera. The pathway is designed to accompany training that singers receive at music college or equivalent level.

The Talent Pathway is structured in two distinct formats: a year-round residential position in Florence, and a second consisting of a series of residential visits to our Florence studio. Both provide elite-level coaching and performance opportunities alongside our emerging artists.

Selected singers receive a bursary which covers travel, accommodation and training in Florence.

HOW TO APPLY

Singers up to the age of 23 can send applications. Due to the large number of applications, only selected candidates will receive an invitation.

Submit your application to auditions@mascaradeopera.com with the email title "Talent Pathway Application - Name"

Please include:
1. CV (no biog), which includes current voice teacher.
2. Link to two recent recordings (made within the last 3 months) of arias, songs, oratorio in two different languages.
3. Copy of Passport, ID Card or Driver’s license.
